Craig Patnode, Senior Partner
Craig, whose previous experience as founder and CEO of SterilMed — a medical device and service company with over 400 employees — also has extensive experience in managing profitable companies in targeted industries similar to assisted living.

Craig holds a B.A. in Business Marketing, attending the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and the University of Lancaster School of Business, United Kingdom.

Denise Weber, Director of Support and Development
Denise is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience. Her background includes many years of clinical nursing as well as extensive experience in software and training. Coming to Eldermark with eight years experience working for a long-term care software company, Denise is an asset to our customers.

Tony Ringsmuth, Software Engineer
Tony has been a professional software developer in relational database programming and design since 1987, and has been working with Eldermark since 2000. Tony assists the software community by hosting and teaching a software programmer users group and teaching at annual software developers conferences.

Tammy Ebeling, Implementation Specialist
Tammy has been training customers in numerous business fields for the past 15 years, including 10 years in the medical and hospitality industries. Tammy's wide range of training and customer service experience makes her invaluable to the Eldermark team. She enjoys helping clients learn Eldermark software and strives to create a working environment for our customers that is both enjoyable and productive.
