Craig Patnode, Senior Partner
Craig has founded several companies including a Twin Cities medical device company, SterilMed, as well as other software and service companies over the last 12 years. The company was founded in 1997 and continues today with over 400 employees.

Since that time, Craig has turned his attentions to the assisted living industry, and through Service Minder, he strives to identify improvements for facilities through education and software implementation. By streamlining daily paper processes, employee moral increases and daily repetition is greatly reduced. ElderMark has over 14 years experience in providing customer satisfaction and has become a proven business model for customers.

Patnode holds a B.A. in Business Marketing after attending both the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and the University of Lancaster School of Business, United Kingdom.

Luan Morrow, Director of Implementation and Training
Luan Morrow has been an Assisted Living Professional since 1985 with duties of Administrator, Regional Director, Director of Operations & Marketing, and Consultant.  Originally an elementary school teacher, her background also includes public relations consulting, restaurant ownership, and real estate sales.  She participated in development of the Assisted Living Administrator CORE test and has made many presentations to CORE training classes. 

She has served on the Alzheimer’s Association board of directors at the local, state and national levels.  She has been actively involved in Florida Healthcare Association and Florida Assisted Living Association for 20 years receiving their leadership award in 2001.

Luan is an alumnus of both Ohio State University and Miami University of Ohio.  She is certified as a Healthcare Risk Manager, as a Professional Business and Personal Coach, as an Assisted Living Administrator and Alzheimer’s Trainer in Florida.

Denise Weber, Director of Training & Implementation
Denise Weber is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience. Her background includes many years of clinical nursing as well as extensive experience in software and training. Coming to ElderMark with eight years experience working for a long term care software company, Denise is a valued member of the ElderMark team and an asset to our customers.

Tony Ringsmuth, Software Engineer
Tony Ringsmuth has worked in relational database programming and software development since 1987. He has developed numerous software applications both in and outside the health care industry. Tony is fluent in 4D, the database engine program for ElderMark's software. 4D was among the first to implement the use of a geographical user interface, such as Service Minder, and continues to be a leader in that technology.
