Eldermark is proud to introduce Bison Support, the tough, dedicated support you need backing your facility. Jamestown, North Dakota, located near technology giants Microsoft and MedCenter One, a college specializing in IT and Nursing—and yes, the world’s largest buffalo—is now home to Eldermark’s new support center.

Three full-time employees and two college interns are training under Eldermark veterans Denise Weber and Tammy Ebeling, and are already taking support calls. We appreciate your patience as these new team members learn the ins and outs of the software in order to better assist you.

We are pleased to announce that Greg Bertagnoli has joined the Eldermark team as Partner. He joins Eldermark as we rapidly expand our customer base and offerings.

Greg brings particular expertise in web technology, having founded and run the web-based CRM software company Blueprint. His expertise will be invaluable as we continually strive to deliver the best assisted living software in the industry and a world-class support team.

Lori Priselac brings over 25 years of senior healthcare management experience including ambulatory infusion therapy, home health, and long-term care pharmacy to the Eldermark team. She previously owned a consulting company that conducted market research, developed strategic plans, created brand identification and consulted with assisted living communities and long-term care pharmacies in the eastern U.S.

While working in long-term care pharmacy, Lori developed ALF education programs that provided consulting and training to the ALF industry.

Lori is a Core Certified Administrator for Assisted Living in Florida and is a member of ALFA, NCAL and FALA. Lori has received numerous awards including the "Leadership Excellence Award" from the Florida Assisted Living Association where she sat on the board and served as a member for 15 years.
