Once an Assessment is completed, a Service Plan is automatically generated. Simply finalize time of day and number of days per week, and schedules are complete.

Service Plan Agreements print directly from the Service Plan module. The Agreement's lower half is customizable so that each facility may insert their legal language per state requirements.

The Medication module is linked directly to a Medication Administration Report (MAR) for daily and monthly documentation. Several options are available for printing medications, including by individual or by facility.

Confirming Services
By confirming resident Service Details tracked during the day, operating reports may be generated at any time. Month-end billing is generated automatically.

All of the steps above flow into a complete resident bill. A detailed itemization per resident includes:

• Monthly charges
• Misc.

Billing is linked directly to the Clinical module so that resident invoices may be generated with just a click of a button. Resident statements are printed on demand with no duplicative entries or the need to re-type into another Billing module.

Resident Service detail reports are tracked in real time. If several buildings are being managed separately, our enterprise version will track services separately or as a combined facility.
