Once an assessment is completed, a suggested service plan is automatically generated, with no repetitive data entry. Simply finalize time of day and number of days per week and your schedules are completed.

Service Plan Agreements print directly from the Service Plan Module. The Agreement’s lower half is custom text so each facility can input their own legalize language as required by state requirements.

Provider Schedules are generated from the Service plan module by confirming schedules daily or weekly. Service Minder has the ability to track resident details on a daily & monthly and yearly basis for reporting purposes.

Medication Module
The Medication module is directly liked to a {MAR} Medication Administration Report for daily & monthly documentation of medications. Several options are available in printing medications by individual or facility reporting purposes.

Confirming Services
By confirming resident service details tracked during the day, operating reports can be generated anytime, while month end billing is completed automatically.

All of the previous steps flow into a complete resident bill. A detailed itemization per resident:

• Rent
• Services planned and provided
• Medications
• Supplies
• Monthly charges
• Misc.

Service Minder’s Billing Module is directly linked to the clinical module whereby resident invoices can be generated with a click of a button. Resident Statements are printed on demand with no duplicative entries or retyping into another Billing Module.

Resident Service Detail Reports are tracked in real time. If there are several buildings being managed separately our enterprise version will track services separately or as a combined facility report.
