Eldermark Opens Customer Training Center with Move to Larger Facility

Company growth spurs office expansion and service development at company's headquarters

Minnetonka, MN – September 06, 2018 – Eldermark, an all-in-one senior living software platform, today announced the relocation of its Minnesota corporate headquarters. The move to larger offices enables further growth of Eldermark’s professional services, including its customer support and training offerings and doubles the company’s footprint across locations.

The new 12,100 square-foot space is a key step in support of the company’s growth strategy, enabling the Minnesota location to accommodate staff growth in alignment with the increasing breadth and depth of solutions offered to the senior housing market. It will also house Eldermark’s Training Center for face-to-face learning.

The Training Center was developed in response to Eldermark’s diverse customer base and varied workforce challenges. By providing in-person training opportunities to support a wide population of adult learners, Eldermark can help customers address an industry wide trend of high employee attrition rates.

The Training Center is available to current customers free of charge. Customers will have the opportunity to advance their knowledge of Eldermark’s software solutions for senior housing operations, such as its electronic health record (EHR), customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation products, as well as take advantage of other educational opportunities. These same offerings are also available at the Fargo and Jamestown, North Dakota locations.

The new Training Center will supplement the existing online training portal at www.eldermarktraining.com, where customers can access product manuals, tutorials, videos, quizzes and more.
