In the past 2 weeks I've been on the phone with 2 of your employees getting Eldermark installed on three different computers. The first instance I spoke with Jamie, and today with with Heather.
In both cases both Jamie and Heather were fabulous to work with. They were courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and flexible.
For me, these types of installs usually take time and there is a certain amount of small talk necessary for me so I'm not just sitting there with a quiet phone against my ear. As a result I usually end up trying to be funny and whether I was or not, both of these young ladies were able to get their work done quickly while keeping me at ease about my apparent lack of computer literacy.
Eldermark has been wonderful to work with. Their training process is nothing short of phenomenal. Our trainer stayed with us during the entire process and still to this day calls or emails to check on us.
