    Jaime Ojeda has held senior leadership positions in companies from mid-stage (PE & VC backed) to Fortune 100. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth for Healthcare SaaS and services businesses.

    He has led healthcare businesses in analytics/BI, clinical decision support, workflow automation with three (3) companies successfully exiting to strategic acquirers. Most recently, as the COO of LUMEDX Corporation, Jaime drove record sales, annual recurring revenue growth and strong profitability leading to the successful sale of the company to Hg Capital / Intelerad Medical Systems.

    Jaime started his career at 3M Company, where he was responsible for sales and business development, operations, M&A, product development and product marketing/management.

    He earned his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He is a 3M-certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt, certified DFSS Marketing Black Belt, and has authored six (6) granted U.S. patents.

    Kaiser has 20 years of software process and strategic delivery experience from his time spent at Fortune 50 through Fortune 1000 companies, as well as small to mid-size companies. He successfully managed engineering teams, analytics initiatives, and operational processes for almost $3 billion of delivery systems. His current leadership focus is set on operational efficiency, engineering standards, and process development with the primary goals of keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. He establishes predictable models for our clients in relation to product schedules and client delivery milestones.

    In addition to his strong technical expertise, Kaiser brings a unique combination of experience to Eldermark. He has managed multiple business areas as a general manager, including sales, operations, service, and finance, and has specifically led strategic initiatives around system development and business operations requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University, as well as certifications for Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, CompTIA Network+, and other certifications.

    Starting in high school, Mark Anderson has served seniors in the health care industry for over 30 years, serving in management positions across the community-based services spectrum, including skilled nursing, assisted living, dementia services, home care, HUD housing, and adult day programming.

    After using Eldermark’s software as a senior living operator for over 10 years, Mark has been with Eldermark since 2012 supporting company operations and sales, and serving a role in assisting client users to optimize their clinical and business operations through what the software can do and support.

    Active in local and national associations that serve the senior living industry, Mark also serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Elder Justice Center.

    Over the past 20 years, John Cozad has held senior leadership positions in companies ranging from pre-Series A startups to companies with $1B+ in revenue. His passion is driving operational excellence across an organization. 

    With experience building and  leading teams across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Customer Success and Service Delivery, John has found success in bringing continuity and friction reduction across multiple companies. His career has been marked by driving margin improvement and revenue growth through optimizing company operations. 

    He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, and his unique mix of roles in consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods, SaaS, and the payment space has afforded him the ability to bring best practices from across industries into his roles over the years.

    Kellie graduated from Jamestown College in 2012 with a double major in business administration and health and fitness administration. After graduation, Kellie was looking for a career in the healthcare industry where she could positively impact the care that individuals received on a daily basis.

    Kellie joined the Eldermark team in May of 2012. During her time at Eldermark, she has held a handful of different positions ranging from customer support to operations. She is currently our Director of Professional Services where she works closely with our Client Success and Professional Services Teams. Her job is to ensure our customers have a positive experience thru the implementation/training process and continue to receive the best support around.

    In her spare time, Kellie enjoys shopping at Target and drinking Starbucks. She also resides in Big Lake, MN with her two daughters, Kennedy and Blakely, and her husband, Logan.

    Myriah has worked in senior care since she was 14 years old, starting in the dietary department of her local nursing home. Throughout college she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Med Tech while completing her nursing degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

    After graduating in 2007 with her BSN, Myriah worked as an inpatient nurse focusing on orthopedics. Along with patient care, Myriah was an active member of a unit-based quality committee, which focused on HCAHPS score improvements. This committee work drove her to further specialize in pain management and patient education. She received the Daisy Award of Extraordinary Nurses for her work with patient and staff education.

    Myriah has been a member of the Eldermark team since 2014. During this time, she has held many positions helping support client success through customer support, training, and implementation. Myriah currently provides oversight to the support team to ensure that Eldermark customers receive the best possible assistance.

    In her spare time, Myriah enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She finds joy in camping, gardening, going to concerts, and discovering new recipes to try in the kitchen.

    Kevin brings over 20 years of progressive sales leadership experience to Eldermark, including 15 across the senior living, physician, and post-acute landscapes. His work experience on the global stage in the ERP space will be invaluable as Eldermark continues to lead the charge as the end-to-end solution provider in senior living. Always a split focus, with one eye on maximizing revenue and margins for the customer, and the other on providing strong leadership and enablement to his team.

    His passion for leading and coaching teams extends well beyond the professional arena, carrying into youth sports including basketball and soccer. A graduate the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs, Kevin makes his home in Colorado and currently serves as an Advisory Committee Member for the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business CX program.

    Mike has partnered with high growth technology and service companies in leading the transformation of sales organizations for over 25 years. Though he’s held executive leadership positions in large organizations such as J&J, Wolters Kluwer Health, etc., his focus has been upon refining the go-to-market messaging and sales organization scaling of early-to-mid stage companies.

    Over the past ten years, Mike has been particularly involved in the development and promotion of technologies which provide BI/analytics, workflow process improvement, revenue optimization and clinical outcomes improvement to support his passion for value-based care. Having contributed to several successful exits, Mike has also worked with several investment partners to create the Sales Acceleration Lab to allow portfolio companies to benefit from his SalesMap processes.

    Mike pursued his undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota’s Duluth regent and then spent two years in the University of Saint Thomas’s Graduate programs in Business Communications. He lives just East of St. Paul with his wife and seven children and enjoys all things outdoors.
