Before joining Eldermark, she served as Director of Informatics at Grand Living and held systems and clinical leadership roles at BayCare Health System and UPMC. She holds a Master of Health Leadership and a Master of Science in Health Informatics.
She works directly with senior living operators to translate clinical workflows into software that actually fits how care teams work.
