Eldermark Product Updates

Eldermark Modernization Updates

We have some exciting product initiatives underway that we are happy to share –  be the first to hear about these updates by subscribing to our customer newsletter.

Modernization Project

The Modernization Projects is an initiative Eldermark kicked off last year to update core products with web-based technology that is intended to help you and your employees simplify workflows, pinpoint issues more quickly, and easily view the performance indicators you need to make effective business decisions – all while providing the best care possible. Stay tuned for more technology updates.

Early Innovator Program (EIP)

Last fall we recruited customers to participate in an early adopter program, giving participants the opportunity to see new and updated products in development and to provide feedback. Participants will receive the first versions of new products and have an opportunity to use them and provide input on refinements prior to an official launch. Participants meet with a cross-departmental team on a weekly basis; they have become valuable partners in new product development. The EIP’s objective is to provide a consistent channel for feedback that allows Eldermark to continue creating innovative solutions that incorporate industry best practices, and truly deliver what you need to provide high-quality care, and more efficient organizations.

Product Sneak Peek

The first product to be beta tested by EIP participants is an update to the Eldermark EMAR. It will be soft launched to EIP participants in the spring, which will provide our development team an opportunity to refine the module prior to the official launch later this year. A few other products in early development are the Clinical Chart module, and the CRM update. We are still in early days, but are very excited by the progress we are making so far.
